OREAS 613 is a certified reference material prepared from a rhyodacite host blended with Ag-rich ore from Bowdens, silver concentrate, and Cu–Au concentrates from Mt Carlton and DeGrussa with a minor high-Au component from Cerro Moro.
The blend replicates a felsic volcanic host carrying epithermal Ag–Au mineralisation with added Cu-sulfide tenor, making it well-suited for calibration and routine QA/QC of multi-element geochemical methods (e.g., fire assay for Au/Ag, multi-acid digestion ICP-OES/MS for base metals) across exploration and metallurgical programs.
